DP3C60RM is an organization with over a decade of experience in bringing process, procedure, and accountability to numerous Powersports Dealerships in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Their clients include global brands such as Harley-Davidson, Polaris, Indian, BRP, Suzuki, Kawasaki, BMW, Arctic Cat, John Deere and many more.
The client wanted to create a dedicated CRM suite for the Automotive dealers globally. The CRM suite includes various solutions like Sales Suite, Marketing Suite, First in class Dealer Support, Data and Equity Mining and INhouse BDC suite.
The Client engaged multiple development teams to deliver this comprehensive project. We were one of the key teams for this project and the challenge was to deliver a significant list of functionalities and modules as part of the DP360 CRM in a multi team environment.
Zestminds was part of the team that created the technical architecture and also developed the code in Angular and Django specially for their web application.
We also created the Rest APIs to migrate their clients from their current system to a new one. These APIs helped migrate data from their older systems to a new CRM.
